‘ello love!
we are in london!
the trip so far has amazing..(sorry for the lack of posts we have no phones) we have been staying with our friend alan william broken englIsh (legal name) it has been really nice hanging out and running around london..on tuesday we recorded a session for BBC2 RADIO with the legendary BOB HARRIS! it was super fun and he was incredibly nice to us! then later that night we went to surprise our friends from l.a. (THE MAE SHI AND ABE VIGODA) they played a show here in london and didnt know we were here…it was sooooooo fun..they ruled and everyone loved them
on wed. we played our first show ever (in the UK) at the windmill in Brixton…it was amazing!!! everyone was so nice and we played with this amazing band call LULU AND THE LAMPSHADES (check them out!) thanks to everyone who came to the show and made us feel very welcome in this foreign land..
yesterday we ran around west london and bought some records and cds from ROUGH TRADE record store everyone there was super nice and really helpful! (i was really excited i have always wanted to go there!)
today we head down to Minehead, UK to play ATP festival….we are sooooooo excited.
we will keep you posted as often as possible…
